Rescue Me!

For several months I’ve been periodically searching online rescue sites for a perfect furry playmate and companion. It is truly heartbreaking to see how many creatures large and small are waiting for forever homes.
In California, Chihuahuas and Pit Bulls, both purebred and mixed breed are abundant. I however, vision a different dog for my new best friend. He is part gentle giant and part retriever or some other family friendly breed, large enough to wrastle with and mellow in demeanor. He, may turn out to be, a “she”.
I’ve been lucky over the years, to have enjoyed life with five wonderful, loving beasties. I hope my luck holds. Stay tuned.
